So, i've wanted to join a flag corps or winer guard since the second semester of my freshman year (i'm a junior now). I told my mom that, and for some reason she totally freaked out!!! Grr! Then she told my grandpa! He starts off with "Your gonna ruin your life, you will have to quit band, you will have to stop playing your clarinet, and you have no chance of getting into college!!!" What kind of crap is that! We've never been very close, but that just pushed me over the edge. Grr!! And now, for some reason that I don't know, they wont let me join flags! They really don't know how badly i want this!! Ugghh.. i don't know what to do ne more! Help me please!!!
