How can i approach this guy? help
Ok, there is this guy named Chad who works at the Dollar Store in the town that I live in. Im very interested in him, and it turns out he is gay. Im 18, and hes 20. I dont know how to approach him. Any ideas?

Umm...
I'm going to go out on a limb here... maybe go to the dollar store and talk to him? Friendship, conversation, etc., always come first. Otherwise, it's just, "Hi Chad, I know you're gay and work here, so I thought I'd come in and ask you out," which sounds stalkery/creepy. Just be casual and let whatever happens happen. Like, introduce yourself, and just be openly gay from the first sentence. Don't make it a guessing game, or make him go first or any of that BS, etc.
