How Do We Get New Forums Started?

Such as the 'Weight Loss' one- who do we need to PM and what are the requirmets for it to get started? That is if we're allowed to just suggest them.

I was just really thinking ahead- and thought that IF the bookclub idea does take off, then maybe it would be better for all if we just had a forum for the members and their literary discussions- rather than needing to make lots of posts on the other forums which could get annoying for those not taking part. That's a long way into the future though.

I also though that an FAQ sort of forum could be useful, where we would put those topics that get brought up constantly ('coming out stories', 'how did you find out you were gay') sort of thing.
