has anyone else heard of the boyscout amendment? it is one of the dumbest laws. it basicly says that government funded places cant refuse boyscouts the right to have a troop there because the federaly funded place thinks BSA ia a majorly dogmatic orgaization, without loosing their federal funding. Isn't that DUMB????????????????
PBS did a documentary on a law suit with BSA called "scouts honnor" it has a good web page. in it this twelve-year-old boy decided he dislike the whole "straight-and-christian" thing, so he started a court case. my hero.
I have respect for the good things boy scouts can do but GAWD!
