How could I forget to mention that a couple of days ago I came out to a perfect stranger. I am a bagboy for a grocery store and I was carrying out groceries for a lady in military uniform (honestly, she's in the military and she needs me to carry her two bags?) and as we head out the store doors she asks me if I had ever thought about joining the navy. I said no rather quickly. She chuckled and as we got to her car she asked why, and I told her that I was gay, so I'd be kicked out anyways. Her response: "Yeah, we can't work around that."
Thought I'd share that with yall.

I was already complaining about the policy for gays in the military today. Good for you for telling her. That's hilarious. It makes me happy!
yay!
Although you wouldn't think it'd be hard, even telling strangers can be scary because you have no idea how they'll react. I've been trying to do that lately myself. Hehe, last night Julie - can I call her my girlfriend? - came over and we were standing outside chatting by her car when my neighbor came out to take the trash. He's some weird antisocial guy, and she asked me if she should stop hugging me so I said no and leaned in and kissed her. Although I acted all fearless, it was kinda scary. So good for you!
