Question

If you sleep from 4:30 pm until 12 am is that considered a nap? Also take into consideration that I didn't wake up this morning until 11 am. It's 1:15 am now, and probably I will be going to bed for the night very soon. Either I'm extremely anemic or there is some sort of poison air in my house that is making me sleep so much today. For entertainments sake, I'll choose the latter of the two.

Make sure there's no carbon monoxide leak in your house.

Maybe you have mono.

Don't let me freak you out, though - I have a tendency to worry too much about medical things. I did get mono this year, so I'd recommend taking that into consideration.

Thank you for your concern

but we do have carbon monoxide detectors on each floor of our house. It really is the anemia. I just prefer to blame it on something else so I dont have to take my huge ass iron pills.

naps

I once slept from 7pm to midnight, and considered that a nap. And then went to bed at 4am and woke up for the day at 10am.

I like napping. Even excessive napping. Cause I'm not a napper, but when I nap....I master it.

You are a nap master, Leisa.
