Remember when we used to play?
Remember when we would just sit around a joke?
Remember when we would work and just have fun while shelving books?
Remember all of the fun times talking with our older friends?
Remember the sleepovers after your grandfather died and you couldn't take the sounds of my house?
Remember Boy Scouts and your many first-aid kits and your far fetched ideas and dreams?
Remember how we were there for each other, not matter what?
What happened to that?
Where has our friendship gone?
I feel like I don't know you.
You are almost a stranger to me.
Why can't we have that friendship like we did back then?
Remember when we got together at the end of our Senior year?
We went through all of my pictures of us when we were the best of friends?
Whenever I think back on these years, there will always be you and all of the great memories of us together.
No matter where life leads us, no matter where we go, you were always my best friends and stayed by me through thick and thin.
You have made me the person I am, and I am honored to day you were my friend.
Whenever we get together in future years, we will always have these beautiful memories.
I will always love to hear you say, "Remember when?"
