Band!!!
I'm so PSYCHED! My band is playing on Saturday! Lalalala! I'm so excited! And we just had a really good practice, and we're opening with my song! MWAHAHA! I think we'll actually be able to be pretty good. I'm hoping to get some music on the internet soon, so you can listen to our strange, quasi-art rockness. I'm pumped!
But you don't care about that. So instead, I'll just list things that will entertain you: Christopher Guest, James Joyce, The Moldy Peaches, the Buddah, the colour green, Radiohead, bass strings, the very idea of McDonalds.
I'm really excited that my sisters are coming home! Yay! And this is the sister that lent me the works of a VERY gay writer, and who I think suspects something. I want to come out to her, but I am a lazy, lazy man. No worrries:)

I'm curious to know, what's your band called? What kind of music do you play?

My band is called NPR, and we play rock...um we're not entirely sure on the specific genre yet though. And I shall be putting up the picture soonish...no worries:)

I tried a million times to start a punk band (I can play bass and sing) in my town in the States, but to no avail. Actually, I did once start an "anti-music" band called the Ayatollahs, but that wasn't really serious or anything - all we did was go to the open mike shows at the community college and make a bunch of wretched noise on instruments we didn't know how to play.
I've been wanting to start a band in China, but I don't know any musicians... Damn. It is for that reason I call you a "lucky bitch."
